Why This Event Matters
For too many veterans, asking for help feels like a battle in itself. Stigma, confusion, and isolation can keep them from reaching the support that could change—or even save—their lives. The 0.K. for Veterans Mental Health event exists to break that cycle.
This event is about access—not just to resources, but to understanding, community, and hope. It's about removing red tape and putting real tools into the hands of those who need them, when they need them. It’s about being proactive, not reactive.
Mental health isn't just a personal issue—it’s a community responsibility. Veterans have served us; now it’s our turn to serve them by making sure they know they’re not alone, and that help is not only available, but easy to find.
By coming together, sharing space, and connecting directly, we create more than an event—we create momentum toward healing.
