This is a 100% stalkable food truck. The biscuits are amazing. They are authentic buttermilk biscuits that actually taste authentic. I have had many at different restaurants and none of them stand out like these. I don’t have a lot of food trucks I’d chase down, but this one is worth driving for. I also like that the menu is simple. He found something he makes VERY WELL and stuck with it. I need more than 5 stars!
